Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Dragon Warrior Rolloffs collects when you use dragonwarriorrolloffs.com, book a container, or call the yard. It sits alongside our rental terms and conditions. It applies to the website and to the booking system reached from it. It does not cover any other site you reach by following a link away from ours.

Information you give us

When you book a dumpster online or call about one, we take the details needed to deliver it and bill for it. That is your name, the delivery address, a phone number, an email address, the dates you want, and payment details taken at the time of booking.

Information collected automatically

Our web host records standard server information when a page is requested, including the requesting IP address, the browser and device type, the page requested, and the time of the request. This information is used to operate the site and to keep it secure.

Advertising measurement

We run a Google Ads conversion tag. It records that a visit came from one of our ads and that a booking or a call followed. It reports totals to us, not a record of individual visitors. If you would rather not be counted, you can opt out at adssettings.google.com or block the tag with a browser extension.

Bookings are taken through iCANS, the third party booking and dispatch system behind our booking page. When you book, the details you enter are held by iCANS on our behalf so we can schedule the delivery, run the collection, and produce the invoice. Card payments are processed by that system, not by this website. We do not hold full card numbers.

This site uses two kinds of cookie:

• Cookies the site needs to work, such as keeping a booking session together while you move between steps.
• Cookies set by the Google Ads tag, which record whether an ad led to a booking.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the necessary cookies may prevent a booking from completing.

• To schedule, deliver and collect a container.
• To weigh the load and bill the correct amount.
• To contact you about a booking, including delivery and pickup timing.
• To keep the records a hauler is required to keep.
• To measure whether our advertising is working.

We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade mailing lists.

We share only what a job requires, and only with:

• The booking and dispatch system that holds the order.
• The payment processor that takes the card.
• The disposal facility, where a manifest or weight ticket requires it.
• A public authority, where the law requires it.

Booking and billing records are kept as long as tax and transport rules require, and then disposed of. Server logs are kept for a short period and overwritten.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Call the yard on {{PHONE}} or email dragonwarriorr2@outlook.com. We will answer in writing.

This is a business site for hiring roll off containers. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If this policy changes, the new version replaces this one on this page and the effective date at the top changes with it.
