Common Questions
Concrete Dumpster Questions
What can go in the concrete dumpster?
Clean, broken concrete and nothing else. Broken driveway, patio, sidewalk, slab, footings and steps are all fine, as long as the concrete is clean: no rebar wrapped through it, no dirt, no wood, no wire mesh. Household waste, wood, brick, soil and gravel are not, and a mixed load has to be re sorted before it can be carried.
How much concrete does it hold?
Up to {{CAP_15CY}}, and {{MAXTONS_15CY}} at the most by weight. The container is only filled to the V marked on the side, because concrete is heavy enough to put the truck over its legal carrying weight long before the box looks full.
Why can I only fill it to the V?
Weight. Broken concrete runs roughly 4,000 pounds a cubic yard, so the fill line is what keeps the load legal on the road. Loading past it means the driver cannot take it and the container has to be part emptied first.
What does a concrete dumpster cost?
It starts at {{PRICE_15CY_3DAY}} for a three day rental, which is the minimum on this container. Longer periods are on the booking page, and extra days run at {{EXTRA_DAY}} each if the job goes past the window you picked.
