The rental terms that apply to every container we deliver.

Agreement
These terms apply to every container Dragon Warrior Rolloffs delivers. Placing a dumpster booking constitutes acceptance of them, and of our privacy policy. Where a booking is made on your behalf, you remain responsible for the container while it is on your property.
Rental Period
You choose the rental period when you book. The three container sizes and what each one holds are set out on the dumpster sizes page. The clock starts on the day the container is delivered. Call for the pickup when you are finished, and if you are not finished, tell us before the period ends rather than after.
- Periods available{{RENTAL_DAYS}} days
- Extra day: 3–14-day rentals{{EXTRA_DAY}}
- Extra day: one-day rentals{{ONEDAY_EXTRA_DAY}}
Extra days cost less when included at booking than when added after the period has started.
Weight and Overweight Loads
Every container is weighed at the scale when it comes back to the yard. Weight is charged from that reading. Charges are taken from the scale ticket, and a copy is available on request.
- One-day rentalsNo included weight; disposal at {{ONEDAY_PER_LB}} per pound ($140 per ton).
- 3–14-day rentals15 yard: 1 ton; 20 yard: 2 tons; 25 yard: 3 tons included.
- Overage on 3–14-day rentals{{OVERAGE_TON}} per ton above the included allowance.
Weight is billed at the same rate on the 15 yard, the 20 yard and the 25 yard. Included weight depends on container size and rental period, as listed above.
What May Not Go In the Container
Keep the following materials out of standard mixed-debris dumpsters. Clean concrete is accepted only in our dedicated concrete dumpster, with the loading limit confirmed before delivery:
- Concrete in standard dumpsters; brick, gravel and dirt unless expressly approved before booking
- Hazardous materials
- Liquids
- Batteries
- Paint and chemicals
- Propane tanks
- Medical waste
- Asbestos
- Flammables and explosives
What happens if they go in anyway
If a prohibited item is found at the scale or at the disposal facility, the facility charges us to handle it separately and that charge is passed to you on the invoice. If a load is refused outright, the container comes back loaded, you are billed for the trip, and the material stays your responsibility. If you are unsure whether an item is accepted, ask before the container is loaded.
Delivery, Placement and Access
The driver needs a clear, straight approach and room to set the container down and pick it up. Keep vehicles off the drop point on the day. The container is placed where you direct. Placement on your property is at your risk, including any damage to the surface beneath it. Advise us in advance if the ground is soft, recently sealed, or sloped.
If the container has to sit on a street or block a sidewalk, that is a permit question for your city, not something we can grant.
Dry runs
A dry run is a trip where the driver arrives and cannot deliver or collect, because the spot is blocked, the access is not what was described, or nobody can be reached. The trip still costs us a slot on the schedule, so a dry run fee applies and the delivery has to be rebooked.
- Dry run fee{{DRY_RUN}}
Loading
Load level with the rails and no higher. An overloaded container cannot be legally tarped or safely carried, so the driver will not take it, and that becomes a dry run. Spread heavy material across the floor rather than piling it at one end.
Payment
The rental is paid at booking. Weight charges, extra days and any handling charge for a prohibited item are billed after the container is weighed. Card payments are handled by our booking system and a processing fee applies to them.
- Processing fee{{FEE_PROCESSING}}
Cancellations and Changes
Notify us as early as possible. Once a container has been loaded onto the truck for your delivery, a cancellation is treated as a dry run.
Liability
Once the container is set down, the contents and the area around it are your responsibility until we collect it. That includes anything put in it by someone else. We are responsible for our own driver and equipment, and we carry the registrations a hauler is required to carry. Our USDOT number is 4437404 and it can be checked publicly.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute is heard in the county where the yard sits.
